White needs 56 pips to get the all their outfield checkers onto their 6-point. That is 7 rolls with no wastage but there figures to be some wastage so maybe 8 rolls is more accurate. I think that makes Blue a fav to get the g. Take two checers off or not? 4 numbers blot, 25 clear the 6 safely, while the other 7 are neutral rolls. Blue will therefore roll a clearing number before a blotting number 25/29th of the time which is about 31/36. White will hit 30% of 5 which is 1.5. White's board isn't real strong so maybe White will win about 1 extra game out of 36 if Blue takes two checkers off. Blue then will need to win about 2 extra gammons to make up for this extra loss.
How often is bearing two checkers off with this 43 a benefit for Blue? Blue does gain on the 7 non-blotting aces since he'll have two more checkers borne off. If Blue rolls a clearing number the gain is close to nothing since Blue will be mostly be left with a 6 roll position regardless how he plays this 43. Also Blue will have another "bear off two checkers or clear the 6" decision with 43,42,32,22.
Not at all sure but I'd clear the 6 point: 6/2 6/3.
