I hate to be so boring, but I can't see any reason not to just make the 5 point, 13/5(2). The game plan after that will be to run Frick and Frack out of Oppo's board into what we can hope will be a winning race, if we don't roll anything that attacks or builds nicely.

I have read the other responses and understand the appeal of the 9 and 4, but with only the 6 point having any spares on it I get a bit of a TMP feel from it. I won't be surprised if it's right, though, since making points is good, and two points are more numerous than one.
