Well, despite Blue's already large pip lead, I imagine it would be surprising to many if this was a Pass, including me! But QF alone suggests it is a Double. There would seem to be some ML sequences, involving doublets and/or double hits followed by flunks. I'm gonna stick my neck out and say ND (but not a beaver).
