24/21 13/11 looks best. White will have 15 ways to hit on Blue's 4-pt, 5 more that will hit on White's 4-pt, while the other 16 won't hit at all. Blue will hope to anchor or hit back if hit and to cover his 4-pt if not. Blue has a modest lead in the race so I think moving up with the back checker is indicated. 2nd choice would be 8/5 13/11 which will give Blue 4s and 1s to cover and 3s and 2s to move up with the back checker.
