Undefined equities

If that position does indeed have undefined equity, does that imply that an opening 31 also does?

That's my question too, or at least something similar: If the fact that a position can lead to an infinite number or recubes means that the equity is undefined, doesn't that imply that every position has undefined equity?

Because it would seem that every position that's not an immediate cash could develop into one of those "special" positions.
