The race is even, White has an anchor that Blue has not, Blue's chequer does not see daylight.

Blue would like to fix those two problems, while upping his chances of covering the blot on the 4-point.

4s are duplicated, so there is no need of 13/11. 24/21 8/6 or 24/22 8/5? The latter seems to have a better distribution to me.
