I think unstacking the 8 is a necessity. Unstack 2, make the 11 or step up with the runner?

Not sure. Unstacking two would seem to be the pure play, but I'm not sure th that pure play is optimal here. I'll unstack and cover. The 11 point might not be worth much, but it's worth something if only to prevent a double hit.
