Undefined equities

It doesn't follow immediately. Conceivably, a large subset of positions could have well-defined equities, with perfect play being well defined for all positions in this subset, and the standard initial position could be part of this large subset. Another way to put it is that I don't know how to rule out the possibility that the equity after 31 is well-defined and there is no perfect-play sequence leading from it to the Paradox Position.
