I would not make the 5-point, as having spares on the mid is good for containment. For the same reason I would not touch the chequer on the 11.

Then 8/4(2) is mandatory it seems, and then we can decide: run or make the 2? Mhhh we could also make the 9-point which, despite stripping the 13, builds another blocking point, we have a lot of builders for the 5 and can run later.
