Just to clarify, what do you mean exactly when you say 'no doubles' for the opening roll? This is a common spot and it can mean two different things.

  1. You get the opening roll but if you roll a double you simply re-roll until you roll a non double
  2. You get the opening roll but if you roll a double you play it twice instead of the normal four times

I imagine it's the first definition given how you presented it but wanted to make sure.
