Missed this one yesterday. I see that the rollout has been posted, but as per my usual approach I don't look at other responses prior to posting my analysis.

Switching points may win more gammons but it gives up the six point which seems like too much.

Clearing the 8 means white is still stuck behind a solid five prime and not at the edge. I've found that to be very strong, especially when there are three stuck there. OTOH, not hitting gives her the opportunity to make a second anchor. And hitting gives us more chances to pick up a fifth checker and despite making the deuce seems to bury the fewest checkers. So, tough call.

Then there's 15/3 8/4 that keeps the full prime. After that play, if we can run the straggler we seem to be in quite good shape. So, I'll go with that. Not sure.
