Making the 22 looks wrong sicne that allows White to dump safely behind your anchor. How about the 23? I don't know if you have enough timing to keep both it and the 18-point. I think the top 3 plays are 23/20, 7/4, or 13/10. 23/20 gives Blue a well-timed 18-pt game plus a goalkeeper back on the 24. Blue will probably not make the 20 even if he can after most of White's rolls but might after some (D5,53,D2). 23/20 and 13/10 also keep Blue's 7-pt slotted (while 7/4 doesn't) which is good whenever Blue hits a shot. 7/4 has the advantage of giving Blue more numbers to hit (compared to 23/20) if White rolls one of his 10 blot leaving numbers. Looks close between 23/20 or 7/4 but I"ll go with 23/20.
