OK, so it doesn't evaluate to too good. I think I misinterpreted what Ian said, who was trying to guess what I meant. (Ian, what I meant was that the gnubg checkerplay rollout for 6/1 was done with White not immediately doubling.)

The basic idea of a bot discovering its initial "thoughts" on cube actions were wrong, and correcting them during a rollout, is still valid, but this problem isn't as great an example.

Here my question would be, how in the world is gnubg thinking this is no-redouble after 6/1, when it has a cubeless equity of around .61 at score not that different from money?!? For something to be a no-redouble with a high cubeless equity you usually need corresponding low volatility, and this isn't that low. Or you can push the cubeless takepoint higher as gammons go up, but the gammons aren't that high here. To me gnubg's cubeful equity calculation for double-take is suspect.
