It seems we have two choices, 18/15(2), 13/7 or 18/15(2), 13/10, 7/4. I guess the advantage to the latter is that the best way to clear the 7 point is not to make it in the first place since if Stick doesn't enter right away we may be able to bear in without having to worry about clearing the 7 point. OTB I would play the former so I'll pick that here.
