Hm, interesting thoughts about hitting on 11pt and forgetting to make 17pt anchor as consequence..but if white hit blue on 11pt maybe he don't need anchor anymore or can make it at 11pt. He can't be hit back except with double and he can make new point in his outfield with 12 23 34 45. With 17/14* white get fine outfield coverage so I think 11/6 for blue is good play. Blue has no spares on top of his inner points so white is somewhat free of attack there.
