20/16(2) 18/10...is there any other play?

Seems to be some kind of 22/14 18/14 play, but then clearing the 20 point could be tricky, and White can play behind the anchor. 20/16(2) 18/14 11/6? That looks pretty wrong. 18/2? I guess that's what happened, but I don't like it. I think Blue should advance the anchor while he's way ahead in the race.
