My understanding is that case law has determined that draw poker (not stud) and tournament backgammon are games of skill. I think that the money bill made it not worthwhile for the online operators to challenge it, especially as stud is by far the biggest attraction.

However, didn't the EU challenge the new U.S. online money law as anti-competitive? IIRC this challenge is currently making its way through the process.
