Imagine being a kid...late teens early 20's..and being so much better 25-30 years ago that in 1 and 2 buck chouettes you won so much that you didn't need to work for spending money and bot a car and help put yourself thru a very fine college.

I was taught to roll hard and make sure the dice bounce around and spin so that no one can think I am a mechanic.

Anyhow..as an example..one regular player at 2's didn't like Lover's Leap w/65 so he played 13/2 until I taught him in a chou with auto's to try 13/8 24/18 instead which he played only bcuz he insisted he not run and I insisted he not slot the fucking 2 pt.

And there was this broad who I beat so senselessly at 1's that my dad who occassionly showed up, purposely blew a dozen or so points to her heads up.

I cubed with her having two checkers closed out(I had just rolled a super joker) and me needing to hop two over a 4 prime since I was sure she'd take and she beavered and sent it back to 8 when I crack 2 pts with 44 and she scooped when I sent it back at 16 and lost a gammon anyhow. This was normal for her.

Thus I learned to never ever be seen as possibly a mechanic 30 years ago.
