This is different from third roll reference position when blue split with 24/20 and play 13/8 for example, after white attacks with 55 and blue dance. Such position is clear double/take where double is more questionable than take.

But here white has another blot on his side of the board and white has advanced anchor and additional two attackers on 11pt. Also PRaT criteria easy gives us correct answer for this position. Question could be are white TG? I think not bcuz he can miss and blue can make anchor after which he could be back into game.
