There are only 66 which doesn't put second blue checkers on the bar. White has at least three checkers to cover. If hit with 52 blue get chance to make anchor but with three checkers back. With ten checkers into zone I think this is double. Blue's position is completely undeveloped. At this score this can't be TG. I am not sure about blue decision but it is not white's problem. For money I will pass this but at this score I don't know.
