I think key here is that white likes more to hit loose on his 5pt so there is no need to advanced checker from 21pt. The same is for checker on 24pt which has escaping route. Advancing it only gives white 44 22 66 64 jockers, without any gain except it preserve spare on 8pt for barpt making. It doesn't worth it. In addition that spare on 8pt can make barpt with only 61 so keeping it for this reason looks to me as not so efficient checker use. Those back checkers are fine where they are and direct shot on our side is to much despite our better board IMHO.
