I pay now, jump both off the anchor with 20/14, 20/15. The checker-dumping alternative makes it harder to bring the game home later by burning our spares. His board is Swiss-cheesy now, but may not stay that way. And if they aren't hit now, this double-jump makes it easy next turn to get one or both of them to safety on points where some spares would be helpful.
