I can't find a reason to play 16/13, except that it's completely safe. I will hit with 16/14 13/12* which is almost completely safe, only 44 hits back. I am not sure why I feel this move is better, we definitively must clean up the blots on the next roll, while we should be making inner board points. Still, when in doubt, hit.
