What should be our gameplan here? We’re ahead in the race and well ahead in the match.

The two main play options lead to somewhat different game plans:

If we hit, 13/12 16/14, we will then want to make innerboard points, ideally on White’s head, while cleaning up our outfield blot-mess.

If we don’t hit and safety our blot, 16/13, our gameplan is make innerboard points while safely clearing our midpoint.

I think the first gameplan is more mutually gammonish. Being well ahead in the match and ahead in the race, I’ll make the less gammonish, non-contact play. 16/13
