Our racing lead is solid, hardly any racing equity for Stick at all, he has to hit a shot to win. The bearin might be awkward, I see several ways we can get into trouble here, an immediate 55 being a real disaster. On the other hand, cubing when you are gin is not efficient, it's the cubes you give when the opponent has SOME chances to take over the game that boosts your equity. Are there market losers? Yes, the rolls that make the five. Is it a take? I think so, but not sure. This points to a double. The score tells us to be cautious, but it's an initial double, it's not like we're risking the match here. And we can use all points we can get. Lastly, Stick doesn't (I think) have a proper redouble just by getting a shot, he has to hit it first. I don't see us having a hard time deciding on a potential recube to 4.
