Aha, west coast is different. The time-shifting of the NBC Olympics to force everthing between 8:00PM and 12:mid no matter what the time zone can be confusing at best.

At least this year NBC has seemed to back off somewhat on all the 'up close and personal'. My preference is always to just show me as much of the competition as possible, but they usually don't live up to that very well. At best you see the 1st, 2nd, 3rd performances and any other US atheletes that don't medal. However, I've been reasonably satisified with the coverage, and I'm getting feeds of less popular sports on CNBC(UHD), USA, and Oxygen.
