While I wouldn't wait this long to cube, I also don't cube right away at this score.
If nothing else, you could be losing most of the game, and roll a miracle shot near the end of the game, such as below. After blue's turn, and after white responds with 65, what is the proper cube action in the second position? How many players as white would get it right?
The score (after 0 games) is: white 10, blue 8 (match to 11 points, post-Crawford play)
Move number 9: blue to play 55
Pip counts: white 9, blue 20
Position ID: dwAAgG0DAAAAAA Match ID: cIl2AaAAQAAA
The score (after 0 games) is: white 10, blue 8 (match to 11 points, post-Crawford play)
Move number 10: blue on roll, cube decision?
Pip counts: white 5, blue 6
Position ID: FwAAYAMAAAAAAA Match ID: cAlgAaAAQAAA
