The announcer was completely clueless. He had no idea what the tie-breaking procedure was or how it worked, but prattled on trying to say something, managing to say nothing. He implied that the in the 10-thousands there was a difference, which wasn't true. They got the exact same score.

They do a breakdown of the individual judges and after throwing out a high and low the person with the highest scores counting from the top wins. The Chinese girl had two 9.1s, Luiken had at 9.1 and then a 9.0.
