OTB as much as I wanted to pass this due to the score, I couldn't bring myself to do so. I would've passed had Petko had his 3 pt rather than his 2 pt.

Here I just wasn't sure. Note that my checkers really will have a very hard time finding safety. ... but passing seemed like an admission that Petko's huge advanced backgame strat was too much for me to handle (2nd game in a row he did this and I suffered) and just perhaps he can roll 44 here, and if I take, he certainly has chances to missplay later. (Which he did, failing to trap me off the ace pt).

Thus I took,figuring it was technically about 1.00 .. neilkaz ..
