Blue needs that direct cover number to have a strong cube if White dances. So after pointing I'll risk 21/11 noting that wimping and making the 16 pt isn't going to come close to getting my opp to pass if he dances and I'll be exposing more blots as builders if I cannot roll one of my 8 joker covering numbers.

8/3x(2) 21/11 here seems clear to me. If White hits back, I'll hope to anchor or return hit and note that if I make the 16 pt instead I also am not happy to be hit from the roof.
