One general comment first. You would have been saying the similar thing had it been a lot of doubles in general or a different specific double. Also you would have been saying something with any large number of 55s. Perhaps better is finding probability of at least 8 55's.

P(exactly 8 55's in 20 rolls) is a binomial distribution with 20 trials and probability of success 1/36

P(X = 8) = 20!/ (8!12!) * (1/36)^8 * (35/36)^12 = .000000032
