Madison - format

The tournament directors have adopted the Pottle/Yep/UBK method for determining the number of rounds of Swiss (as described on this very forum). We have run a few simulations and the method works very well.

We aren't making any promises about the method of calculating payouts, but we will probably follow their recommendations there as well, depending on actual turnout.
