Off the top of my head, the closest X seems to be 19. You replace only two factors in Bob's calculation: 35/1296 becomes 68/1296, and (20 choose 8) becomes (X choose 8). For the answer to approximate .000000032, (X choose 8) has to approximate 1/1.943 times (20 choose 8). (19 choose 8) seems to be 9/15 times (20 choose 8), but you're not going to get any closer than that because number of rolls is discrete. (18 choose 8) ought to be way less, and (21 choose 8) is of course way more.
