Slow play impact on Swiss formats

I think it's 2 hours to complete a 9 pt match..but to br blunt if a match isn't finished in time, it's no big deal and should have little effect on the next rounds pairings or start time as said match can be finished later as has been done in the past in Indy.
However, the staffs are usually diligent and will clock any slow looking match after an hour and a half or so.
Note that with the new finals selection criteria... 8 places in all with no loss getting 4 spots and 1 loss getting 2 spots, most likely 9 rounds will be required before the finals can start. So it will make little effect on the overall outcome if, lets say, after 5 rounds..there's one match not finished in time, so what ? Flip a coin and pair them with those with a new equal record as good as one can and finish said match clocked later.
