Safe-vs-bold criteria, anyone? I believe they point clearly to a safe play, so I'll make the 5 point. It's catch-up--though for blocking purposes it isn't really, because White has two checkers placed deeply--but despite that, after hitting Blue has a lot of work to do in order to consolidate.
