Slow play impact on Swiss formats

So I have the answers! I spoke with Tom Machaj last night, and officially:

Matches that are being slow will be clocked. All matches will be monitored so that clocks can be put on them in plenty of time. Matches will be played to a conclusion.

Its around 2 hours per round, with the next round starting shortly after (30mins?) - basically whatever works.
