GNU rollout of our 31

The minor split is best, IMHO. If Stick makes either his bar or 5 pt we can hope to make the other one soon or to hit a fly shot. 13/10 is far wrong for the 3 as it strips our midpoint for no reason other than to dupe some of Stick's 5's and to avoid the blotting but unstacking 6/3.

This is the 2nd GNU rollout I've lost recently, but 13/10 is a Whopper, while 24/20 was about .035 worse than 6/3 24/23.
