We want to steer the game toward an attacking game and away from a prime vs. prime game since we made a deep point. We want an advanced anchor to do so, so either 24/18 13/9 or 24/20 13/7 should be our move. We would really like the 5 point anchor over the bar point anchor, but 24/20 13/7 is too risky, leaving a direct shot on our bar point, and with an attacking game being our desire, the offensive bar point is not a particularly valuable point anyway. Therefore, we should move 24/18 13/9 preparing to make the anchor and bringing wood into range for a possible future attack.
