GNU rollout - with Jacoby rule or without?

I have found two moneygames rollouts at this cite such that I can not explain results: 21$ as reply on 51S and 61H as reply on 43S. I am not expert in Jacoby rule but I suspect that this strange results is a Jacoby rule effect.
