13/1*(2) is no good, nor is 13/7(4). The anchor would then be left stranded, so the right move has to include 21/15(2). The task is then to find the best remaining two sixes. Playing 13/7(2) leaves stripped outfield points, and making the bar is not so important since blue owns the golden. That leaves continuing with 15/9(2) as the alternative, and I think it looks right. Spares on the midpoint, making a new landing spot for when the mid has to be cleared eventually, and simply just trying to bring the checkers home when white is way ahead in the race is thematically right.
