I have to hit. While making the 5 point locks an asset, it leaves Blue with two many options next roll and leaves no builders, not even unstacking the 6.

Compare this position to 62S 31. Making the 5 is just barely correct, but has the upside of unstacking the 6, while the hitting alternative has the downside of just splitting the back men instead of making the advanced anchor and leaving good 6s from the bar. So if pointing after 62S 31 is close, then hitting is correct here.
