There are far more blot numbers after making the 15 and 7 than after making the 9, but the blot numbers aren't as harmful, at least in the short run. And White has the nice bar point. However, in the long run, making the 9 and 7 leaves both the 15 and 13 points to clear.

Another thing 15(2) 7(2) has going for it is maximum pressure on Blue's 14-point blot, which can't safety on 44 42 22 31. Still, the big disparity in immediate blot numbers makes me choose the 9 point.
