I still make the bar, with 18 and 9 a close second choice. White still has duplicated hitting numbers, and if White makes a point, there are plenty of counter-point-makers.

However, coming to the 18 diverts White from making the 5, and the 9 point is valuable, so I wouldn't overrule a doubles partner (particularly Stick) who was adamant one way or the other.
