I thought this a tough decision. The take looks crystal clear to me. Applying Robertie's Rule, give us a 42, followed by a 43 for White. Can White take? Maybe not, but it isn't crystal clear to me. Even if White dances (his worst), he'll have quite a lot of play left. I would have guessed this to be a proper double, but with us having the difficult decision. I thought it might be worth waiting a roll to make our decision clear and his the tough one.
