I agree with 21/10 here. If you play 24/13, you restack the mid, race from behind, and leave a vulnerable blot on the 21 point which may be pointed on or have to be cleaned up later. Also the builder on the 10 point is nice. The downside to 24/13 is that you don't have as much coverage of White's outer board and he wants to unstack his mid, but I think that doesn't add up to enough to outweigh 21/10.
