No one is replying here...maybe bcuz noone has seen a position like this very often. Can White win 18% and take ? I have my doubts and would pass if I trusted Blue to play it well.

With that in mind, Blue really has to double this unless he's lots stronger than White and sure White needing a lower TP due to skill is taking, in which case he should cover the 5 pt without incident first, IMHO.

Anything could be right here, but I am passing.
