If White's stack were on the 1pt, Blue could expect to win ~30%, assuming Blue's spares work efficiently for him. Each point farther back you move White's stack costs him 3 or 4%, so Blue should win ~ 37%.

Check out Michael Bo Hansen's 432 rule for a quick and dirty method of estimating these types of positions.
