My first impulse would be definitely making 9pt but after you suggestion about QF, my choice than could be 24/23 10/6. After such your intro it is impossible to say what will be my real choice. Race is equal and Blue don't need prime to blocked White. Also it is very hard to blocked 20pt anchor. White has advanced anchor and it is time for Blue to go for his own. Split to 20pt is danger but minor split could be way to go. If Blue miss to split now White will improve his prime position and could be closer to efficient double with more advanced anchor. I am only worry about fifht checker on 6pt.
