2 ply truncated ROLLOUT

In Response To: 2 ply truncated ROLLOUT (pontiac)

This will have a similar effect to truncation only a little slower, a little more accurate. Stepped rollouts aren't too bad IMO, but I would usually prefer to see full rollouts.
