The fact blue is stronger doesn't change my T/P decision. This is a pass in my book, especially given the fact that white knows he has to blitz, and can very much use all four points he can get from it. Blue can reasonably hope/expect to get an anchor, but that is far from winning this game, blue has almost no development here.
